Clayton Church Homes Inc. provides high and low care residential accommodation to 216 elder citizens at three locations within metropolitan Adelaide.
The facilities are:
Clayton Residential Aged Care Service - Prospect - high care
Clayton Church Homes Hostel - Magill - low care with ageing in place
Clayton Church Homes Park Village - Elizabeth Park - low care with ageing in place
Admission to our facilities requires current Aged Care Assessment Team (ACAT) reports.
Clayton Church Homes Hostel and Park Village include respite accommodation that also requires current Aged Care Assessment Team (ACAT) reports.
